Dahlia Shaewitz serves as co-Principal Investigator of the Network of Consumer Hearing Assistive Technology Trainers (N-CHATT) project to guide consumer trainers to train other consumers of hearing assistive technology (HAT) in their communities to successfully search for, select, and use HAT. She develops online and in-person training for consumers, and oversees the work of staff to identify usability challenges facing individuals who use HAT and to disseminate information about the RERC to the public.
Liza Josias is leading research to identify the usability challenges facing individuals who use hearing assistive technology. The results will help consumers navigate through the process of selecting and purchasing hearing assistive technologies and assist product engineers and marketing professionals to improve the usability of future product designs.
Alycia Busz develops training activities, tools, and other resources for the N-CHATT. She also collects and analyzes qualitative data for the evaluation component of the consumer training program to inform development of the train-the-trainer program.
Delphinia Brown provides technical assistance and training development for the Network of Consumer Hearing Assistive Technology Trainers (N-CHATT) project to guide consumer trainers to train other consumers of hearing assistive technology (HAT) in their communities to successfully search for, select, and use HAT. She develops and co-facilitates online and in-person training for consumer trainers.
